Summary
SAIF offers scanning and remote printing services to SJTU students. With wireless capabilities, you can send files from anywhere and access print services. More information is provided below:
    ● Location: 3rd Floor, 8th Floor
    ● System Requirements: Windows and Mac computers
    ● Default Setting: Black and white printing

How to Print
1. Download and Install the Print Driver
Download via browser:
    ● Print-Driver-Windows.zip
    ● Print-Driver-MAC.zip

2. Install the Print Driver on Your PC/Mac
    ● Double-click the installer (Allow through firewall if prompted).
    ● Select language > Choose installation path > Complete installation.

3. Initial Print
    ● Click Print and select 'SYSPrinter_SPDF', then click 'OK'.
    ● User Authentication: Enter 'saif Username' and ' password '.
    ● Wait for the print job to complete after swiping your card.

4. Register Student ID Card
    ● Swipe your student ID card on the card reader before the initial print.
    ● Enter your ID number and code, then click 'OK'.

How to Copy and Scan
1. Swipe your card before operating.
2. Place the paper:
    ● For copying, place the original on the platen cover at the upper left corner.
    ● For scanning, place the paper face up or face down in the paper cassette.
3. Copy
    ● Select the "Copy" mode and press the 'Start' button.
4. Scan
    ● Select "send e-mail", choose the email address for the scanned file, and press the 'Start' button.

Attention:
1. User authentication (swiping your student ID card) is required every time before using the print services.
2. Press the 'Access' button to log out after use.
