Zoom
Zoom is an easy-to-use platform for unifying cloud video conferencing, simple online meetings.
To setup your device, please follow these instructions.
To access your SAIF Zoom account via the web to schedule or manage meetings or update your profile, click here:

Login to Zoom
Please follow these instructions to login to Zoom with your SAIF credentials. If you experience any issues, please call 021-62932406 and ask for assistance or send us an email.

1. Download Zoom for your device:
● Mac or Windows
● iOS/iPhone/Android, download from the App Store

2. Open the Zoom app Zoom Cloud Meetings. Sign in with SSO to use your SAIF credentials and enter "saif-host" as the company domain.
● PC and Mac

● iOS and Android:

3. Enter your SAIF credentials and approve any notices your web browser may ask.
4. After logging in, click Confirm your email address. Zoom will send a verification email to your @saif.sjtu.edu.cn email address. Open the email and click Activate Account.
5. Re-open the Zoom App, Sign in with SSO to use your SAIF credentials and enter "saif-host" as the company domain. Enter your SAIF credentials and then click Launch Zoom.

Schedule a Zoom Meeting
Schedule a zoom meeting through web browser.
1. Sign in to Zoom https://saif-host.zoom.us using your SAIF credentials.
2. Select "Meetings" in the left navigation and "Schedule a Meeting" on the right.
3. Enter the topic, date, time, duration and select any desired settings or meeting options.
4. Select "Save".
5. To invite others, copy the Meeting Invitation, select "Copy Invitation" to the right of the Invite Link. Paste the meeting link or invitation in an email message or a calendar event in Outlook and send to attendees.

Schedule a Zoom meeting from outlook
1. If this is the first time you have scheduled a Zoom Meeting from Outlook, you will need to install the "Zoom for Outlook" add-in. Go to https://zoom.us/download and download and install "Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook".
2. Restart Outlook client if it was running during plugin download/installation.
3. When Outlook reopens, you should now see a "Zoom" section in the Outlook menu ribbon. Click “Schedule a Meeting”.

Wireless Screen Sharing from a Different Device
If you are in a class or meeting that is hosted on the in-room video conferencing equipment (such as in a meeting room) and want to share content that is on a different laptop, you can wirelessly connect your laptop to share its screen for all attendees. Connecting this way disables your camera, microphone, and speakers but only shares your screen. To share a laptop's screen in a class or meeting room wirelessly to the in-room video conferencing equipment:
1. Install and login to Zoom on the laptop. On Zoom's home screen, click "Share screen".
Or open a web broser and visit share.zoom.us.

2. Enter the meeting ID and click "Share".

3. Double click your screen that you wish to share. If you are sharing anything with audio, click the "Share Computer Sound" checkbox before starting the screen sharing.
